The Multi-Purpose Facility filled with visitors and locals, who came together to share a potluck style meal and singing on Saturday, Dec. 31 — ringing in the New Year, “Nuuchiu Style.” Visiting singers from the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe helped to sing Sundance songs throughout the night until the midnight hour. Welcoming the New Year with good thoughts, laughter, and friendship, this year’s event, hosted by Alex Cloud, proved to be a success.
